1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Parcel IQ, LLC website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Parcel IQ, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

Parcel IQ provides zoning, land-use, permitting, and licensing research for specific properties, primarily in Florida. Reports aggregate publicly available municipal codes, comprehensive plans, zoning maps, and related documents. The Service is a research tool and does not constitute legal, financial, engineering, or professional advice. Always verify critical information with the applicable municipality or a qualified professional before making decisions.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as needed. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
  • Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
  • Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Service without permission.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
  • Using the Service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials provided by Parcel IQ, LLC are owned by Parcel IQ, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Payment, subscriptions, and billing

We offer single-report purchases and recurring subscription plans. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly cycle.

9. Service level and disclaimers

We strive to keep the Service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. Municipal data changes frequently, and some jurisdictions may not have complete digital records. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parcel IQ, LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parcel IQ, LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitations are prohibited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or repeatedly violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and any outstanding subscription will be handled in accordance with our cancellation and refund policies.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
